About Oscar
Pajaro’s Construction is Oscar Padilla — based in San José and working all across the Bay Area. Before starting his own company, Oscar spent about six years on roofing and construction for Lockheed Martin, where things get built to spec or not at all. He brought that habit home: clean lines, square corners, and a job site swept at the end of every day. You are hiring Oscar himself, not a big company, so his prices stay fair and he tells you the real number before anything starts — no surprises on the final bill.

Questions people ask
Are estimates really free?
Yes, always. Oscar comes by the house — or you can walk him through it on a FaceTime or video call if that is easier — looks it over, and gives you a price. No charge, no obligation.
How do you price a job?
It depends on the job. Most remodels are quoted as one fixed price after Oscar sees it, so you know the number before work starts. Small repairs can often be quoted from a few photos or a quick video call.
Where do you work?
Mainly San José, and anywhere a reasonable drive from it: Santa Clara, Campbell, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Los Gatos, Morgan Hill and nearby.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Painting a room, patching drywall, replacing a faucet or fixing a fence are all welcome.
Who will be in my house?
Oscar and his crew. He is on site for every project and is the person you text.
How soon can you start?
Right now Oscar is taking new clients, so estimates usually happen within a few days of your request.
